Body Dynamics

 An intense 4 to 6 week Training Program.  This unique program consists of 12 -18 group sessions designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and muscle strength and endurance.

 

 Each Body Dynamics session will include a series of exercises executed in a sequence of cardiovascular and strength training exercises while maintaining a target heart rate.
