Wafi Lakhdar-Azzouz

 

Wafi is a seasoned personal fitness trainer with over 10 years experience that spans the entire world over.  He is IFA (International Fitness Association) certified, an accreditation accepted in over 80 countries. He believes that variety in an exercise program helps keep it fresh, fun and exciting for his clients. He boasts a long list of satisfied clients from Europe and the United States, but specifically recalls a recent client that lost 50 lbs of fat and gained 10 lbs of muscle in just 12 months. It ultimately changed her entire life; her energy and self-esteem are soaring and she enjoys life to the fullest even today.

Julian Dieppa

 

is certified by NESTA (National Exercise and Sports Trainer Association) and is currently working towards a degree in Exercise Physiology at Florida International University.  Although he has only been professionally training clients for two years, he has spent over 7 years acquiring the knowledge through his own body.  Recently, one of his clients lost 40lbs in just 6 months while training with Julian.  He recommends 45 minutes of weight training followed by 45 minutes of cardio at least 3x’s a week for best results.

Ari Carlini

 

Ari Carlini- Ari has over 8 years of personal training experience and is currently a skilled cardio, aerobics, step and sculpting instructor certified by the NFPT (National Association of Personal Trainers).  Ari lives by the famous words put forth by William Arthur Ward, “If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it”.  He has an amazing power to motivate and his passion for fitness is contagious. He believes in combining the physical-emotional-mental-and spiritual beings for lasting changes that yield positive results in all areas of life.

Richard Redruello

 

Richard  is certified by the International Fitness Association and in 2 short years he has achieved unbelievable success. Richard feels incredibly inspired by his clients and believes that fitness programs can improve energy levels in such a way that you see an immediate improvement in your entire quality of life. He not only believes this to the core, but he has seen it happen first hand. Recently a client lost 40 lbs, regained her self-esteem, began dating and is now engaged to be married to the man of her dreams.  That is inspiring results!

Rosa Machia

 

Rosa has dedicated her life to fitness and combines her extensive knowledge and experience in order to customize programs for her clients. She is certified by the International Fitness Association in Aerobics, Personal Training, and Sports Nutrition, and is also a Certified Youth Instructor.  As a trainer her goal are to create effective fitness programs that can improve energy levels, self-esteem and overall quality of life.  She believes that with proper goal setting and motivation, exercise can become an attitude that affects every aspect of your life.

James Fins

 

James is certified by the National Strength Professionals Association, and has over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry.  He is also a trained Brazilian Jui Jitzu specialist and competes regularly. James believes that fitness is not a sometimes thing, it’s an all the time thing.   His programs combine martial arts, weight training and sports for a fun and effective workout. His biggest success story includes a young women who not only lost over 70 lbs and was finally able to carry her own weight, but she was also able to improve her overall health by lowering her cholesterol, blood pressure and heart rate and achieved incredible muscular endurance.

Francis Jimenez

 

Francis is a certified personal trainer with the International Fitness Association. She is also certified in Spinning, Step, Aerobics, and Kickboxing.  She competes regularly in bodybuilding and fitness competitions and has over 5 years experience in the fitness industry, two years as a personal trainer.  For Francis fitness and health are a lifestyle which is why she has chosen to pass on her wisdom and experience to all regardless of income or fitness level.  Her group Body Dynamics classes have become a huge success combining multiple exercises in a small group environment for a total body workout that generates results.

Larry Cournoyer

 

A fitness aficionado for over 10 years, Larry has been professionally training clients for 4 years. He is certified by the National Council of Strength and Fitness and believes that if you want to look good, you better eat great!  Counseling clients on nutrition is a must for Larry along with incorporating H.I.T (high intensity training) exercises for maximum results.

Nelson Caba

 

Nelson Caba is a fitness professional with over 14 years experience. He has a long history in martial arts, including a National championship win from his native Cuba.  He graduated with a degree in physical education and holds technical degrees in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation.  He has worked with clients all over the world including Europe, Central America and South America, and is certified by IFA and NASM, both recognized internationally.  He also has worked alongside of scientists and doctors on nutrition and exercise research involving obese and overweight patients.      One recent US client lost between 25-30 lbs of fat in just 4 months, putting into practice his nutrition and fitness recommendations. Helping his clients regain their energy, self-esteem and overall zest for life, is the reason Nelson considers himself lucky every day. This positive energy and enthusiasm is why his clients count on him for motivation and results.
